Ever since Josh’s first expedition to Kenya in 2010, he has had a major passion for exploration, conservation and the natural world. Graduating with a BA Hons in Marine & Natural History Photography from Falmouth University in 2016, He has undertaken filming work for BBC Countryfile Diaries, The Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts and independent production companies such as Nina Constable Media and SkyRise Productions, which specialises in adventure & outdoor films. Josh has helped Skyrise produced films for adventure figures such as Ian Finch and Alistair Humphreys, as well as companies such as Kodak and fjallraven

As well as exploring Iceland, and spending a vast amount of time documenting the Scottish Highlands and the restoration of the Caledonian forests, Josh was part of an expedition team carrying out a Rapid Assessment Visual Expedition of the northern rainforests of Borneo, where he was responsible for documenting expedition life as well as indigenous culture.

His most recent achievement was assistant leading a pioneering expedition to Sri Lanka called Project Loris, where he was also Director of Photography. The expedition featured students from his old degree, all with different photographic objectives to assist in the conservation of the Slender Loris, as well as the other biodiversity in central Sri Lanka, particularly the Sam Popham Aboretum.
