Phil Gould was born in Southampton and lived just outside the New Forest. This is where his passion for wildlife was born, watching many birds and mammals in their natural habitat.
He learned the art of field craft and animal behaviour from a young age. At 16 he started his love for photography and using these skills helps him bring his images to life.
In 2004 Phil was involved in plane crash whist in Alaska photographing Grizzly Bears. This inspired him in 2008 to travel around the world in 365 days and he wrote the international book "365PhotographyDays".
After 2008 Phil has been sourcing and developing sites and workshops for Wildlife Art Experiences.
